The Different types of Pages

The photo albums on our site are available with different kinds of pages with different pros and cons. Below is more detail about them so that you can decide if you have a preference and which pages are right for your needs.

POST BOUND

Post bound photo albums offer the advantage of having removable pages. They offer you a choice of the type of pages that you can have inside your album. Check at the bottom of the product page where you will be presented with a choice of inserts normally with a further choice of black or white. Another major advantage to post bound albums is you can have multiple page types in one album. Keep reading to learn more about the different types of pages we offer.

CLASSIC STYLE

Classic style photo album pages are traditional style card with a semi transparent sheet in between each page, to protect your photos and allow you to stick pictures on both sides. These kind of pages require some kind of product in order to stick the photos in. Either mounting corners or an adhesive, please see our mounting accessories section to learn more.

SELF ADHESIVE

Self adhesive photo album pages are highly practical and very popular. They are double sided stiff board with a peel back sheet on both sides. You simply need to place your pictures under the adhesive sheet and once you have completed your desired layout simply smooth the plastic sheet back over the page, making sure to remove all of the air bubbles. Self adhesive pages offer your photos protection against finger prints and other wear over the years.

SLIP IN POCKETS

Slip in pockets are available for a variety of photo sizes. Pockets are still a really great way to store your pictures. They are quick and easy to put your pictures into whilst offering excellent protection from the elements. These pockets are designed for one size of picture type only, so be sure to check that you are ordering the right sized pocket for you photos. If you have multiple photo sizes then have a look at our post bound albums, as you can have multiple page types in one album.
